Mary Sue Lotzar

Mary Sue Lotzar has been a member of the Lotzar Law Firm, P.C., since its inception in 2005 and currently practices in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, real estate development and low-income housing credits.

Mrs. Lotzar has been the most prolific commentator on Arizona’s current Qualified Allocation Plan for allocation of low-income housing tax credits and actively assists Arizona’s affordable housing trade association. Prior to joining Lotzar Law Firm, P.C., Mrs. Lotzar worked as an attorney with Gust, Rosenfeld & Henderson in Phoenix. She earned her J.D., with distinction, at Arizona State University College of Law and her B.A. with honors at the University of Michigan.
