Rozan Simoni
Mr. Simoni’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate law, including real estate development, real estate finance, low-income housing tax credits, and leasing, as well as business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work.
Mr. Simoni earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University, John Cook School of Business. During law school, Mr. Simoni clerked for US Magistrate Judge Gerald B. Cohn, US District Court, Southern District of Illinois.
Mr. Simoni is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona, 2008; the State of Illinois, 2006; and the State of Missouri, 2005. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Real Estate and Corporate Law Sections, and the Arizona, Illinois and Missouri Bars. In addition, Mr. Simoni, due to his scholastic achievements, is a lifetime member of Golden Key International Honor Society; Alpha Sigma Nu, National Jesuit Honor Society; and American Scholars Honor Society.
Mr. Simoni has been listed in Cambridge Who's Who among Executives, Professionals & Entrepreneurs for the 2008-2009 edition. He is co-author of “Defeasance – What is defeasance and why are we hearing so much about it lately?”.
Mr. Simoni is fluent in his native Albanian and Italian. He resides in Scottsdale.
